Above is a diagram which identifies the available cuts, unfortunately we cannot provide the head.

Goat is consistent right the way through the carcass, and trim is minimal

meaning our mince, burgers and sausages are produced using the meat from any of the cuts.

Products

Please note that all meat is processed to order. We keep a weekly stock of products ready for dispatch, but if you select any pre-order or out-of-stock items, it may take up to 14 days to receive your order. If you need a last-minute order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Once your order has been dispatched from the butcher, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
